Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan with coconut oil. Mash 4 ripe bananas and blend with 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk. Add entire box of mix! Blend until just combined. Mix in a handful of chopped walnuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan before eating.
