Chocolate Overnight Oats


• 3 tablespoons chia seeds

• ½ cup rolled oats

• ½ cup full-fat coconut milk

• ½ cup milk of choice

• 2 scoops Mellis Nourish blend

• ¼ tsp Himalayan salt

• ½ teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste

• A handful of berries and cacao nibs



1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, milk of choice, Mellis Nourish blend, salt, maple syrup, and cacao nibs until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

2. Add in chia seeds and oats, blend and let sit for 30 minutes.

3. Top with berries, or transfer into a covered container and refrigerate overnight.
