Yes! Your Fämily Foods products are delivered to your door with 5% off as part of your subscription, no matter what you order.

How do I cancel my membership?

We require a minimum of 3 shipments before you can cancel your membership. After the required minimum of 3 shipments you can cancel your subscription in your customer portal via login on the website, or by contacting our support team at hello@itsreimaginefoods.com. If you want to cancel before the 3 months have passed, please reach out to us as we are here to help and will always do what’s in our power to find a solution that works for you!

What is the membership returns policy?

When you sign-up for a Fämily Foods subscription, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first subscription order. Our goal is to help you feel healthier and happier, so if you aren’t satisfied during that time, contact us at hello@itsreimaginefoods.com so we can help you make the most out of your product, or send you the most up to date returns information. The 30-day guarantee is only valid on the first shipment.

Do I have to pay customs fees on subscription orders?

Orders shipped outside the US (e.g. Canada, Central & South America) may be liable to customs charges. Unfortunately we cannot predict or prevent this fee, and the subscriber is responsible for all customs fees and rates.
